Optimal Regulation Strategy of Electric Vehicle Charging and Discharging Based on Dynamic Regional Dispatching Price

With the continuous and rapid growth of electric vehicle (EV) ownership, a large number disorderly charging loads accessed to regional grid may lead problems such as widening peak-to-valley load difference deterioration power quality. This study proposes an optimal EV discharging regulation strategy based on dynamic dispatching price give full play vehicle-to-grid (V2G) potential reasonably regulate behavior ensure safe, high-quality, economic operation grid. First, travel chain model is constructed according pattern users obtain spatial temporal distribution characteristics loads. Second, considering in states, update integrating information proposed. Furthermore, mobile energy storage user demand, V2G that takes into account interests system operators, aggregators, established effectively guide behavior. Finally, simulation results show proposed can reduce deviation each grid, cost significantly improve safety economy system.
